We are very fortunate to have this Very Rare 1966 Gretsch 6120 Chet Akins Nashville in Custom Ordered Black back in the store.  Gretsch enthusiasts usually think of a 6120 in an orange finish, but here we have a RARE custom ordered Black 6120 produced in December of 1966.  This guitar is absolutely gorgeous! It features a laminated 3 ply maple body, maple rosewood neck, original factory Bigspy, gold hardware, "C" shaped neck profile and 1.710 nut width.  It also has some killer sounding original Filtertron pickups in it. The '67 6120 was featured in the famous book, "Gretsch 6120" ( as seen in the pictures) the history of the legendary guitar.  It weighs only 7 pounds and 7 oz too.  Comes with the original hard shell case. This is the perfect guitar for any Gretsch enthusiast or collector!
