Purchase Policy

• We accept payments via cash, check, credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank wire transfer.

• All purchases over $10,000 must be paid via bank wire transfer ONLY.

• All purchases made from outside the United States must be paid via bank wire transfer ONLY.

• All Amps, Effects and Keyboards sales are final, NO returns, NO refunds, NO exceptions.

Shipping Policy

• Orders will ship only after payment is received in full

• For guitars and basses, we offer UPS shipping anywhere in the continental US for a flat rate of $175 or shipping outside the continental US for a flat rate of $425.

• For pedals, shipping is $20 inside the US and $50 international.

• For merchandise, shipping is $16.

• We generally do not ship amplifiers, but we do make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the store BEFORE placing an order for an amplifier UNLESS you plan to pick it up at the store.

• Orders placed on Friday-Monday will ship the following Tuesday. All other orders will ship within 24 hours. Orders generally arrive within 3-5 business days after being shipped.

• If you choose to have an item shipped to a non-residential location including UPS or Post Office locations, you will assume ALL responsibility for the package immediately upon its departure from the store. We will NOT be responsible for lost or missing packages delivered to any non-residential address. 

Return Policy

• Any Guitar Returns must be authorized by the store.

• Returns are accepted on any and all guitars and basses if initiated within 24 hours of delivery for any reason.

• Guitars and Basses returned within the 24-hour approval period are refunded in full, minus all shipping charges.

• Buyer is responsible for the instrument during approval period.

• Returns are not accepted on effects, pedals, and amplifiers. All sales are FINAL and non-refundable.

• Instrument(s) must be returned in same condition as shipped.

ANY modification or damage, cosmetic or otherwise, will void ALL eligibility for return. NO exceptions.

• Shipping and related expenses are non-refundable.

• Buyer pays for prompt return shipping.

• Item(s) must be shipped back via the same shipping service or a service comparable with which it was delivered, immediately upon return authorization.

• Failure to comply may result in additional penalties.

Layaway Policy

• 20% Minimum down payment required to place any item on hold.

• Items will be held for 30 days. 

• Remaining balance must be paid within 30 days.

• Additional 20% down payment required to extend layaway period for an additional 30 days.

• Down payments are refundable as non-transferable store credit only.

• There is no 24 hour approval period on Layaway purchases.

• All Sales are FINAL on Layaway Purchases. NO Returns, NO Exceptions.

Consignment Policy

• All Consignments must remain in the possession of Rumble Seat Music for the duration of any consignment agreement.

• Consigner has the right to reclaim the item(s) and cancel the agreement at any time prior to the sale of the item(s) at no additional cost.

• While in the possession of Rumble Seat Music, not including any time spent in transit, the item(s) shall be fully insured by Rumble Seat Music for any loss or damage.

• Rumble Seat Music shall have final approval of any proposed sale of item(s).

• Consigner will not list for sale the consigned item(s) on any other platform or attempt to sell the item(s) privately or through any other channel during the duration of any consignment agreement.

• Failure to comply will result in a 20% charge of the listed price regardless of any previously agreed upon consignment rate.

• Upon sale of the item(s), Rumble Seat Music reserves the right to make payment to the consigner for up to 30 days after the delivery of the item(s) to the buyer and the expiration of the 24 hour return window. 

• Rumble Seat Music will not make payment for any item(s) returned to the store within the 24 hour return window.

• If applicable, any charges for shipping and/or repairs and labor will be deducted from consigner’s payout after sale of item(s) or charged to consigner prior to return of item(s) to consigner unless otherwise specified.

• Item(s) will not be returned to cosigner until any outstanding balance is paid in full.
